I tried to create a feeling of rennaissance fresco. Reference curtesy of  Daily DeviationGiven 2007-10-05"Study of an Angel" by ~Gilbs does capture a certain Renaissance feeling, with finely detailed drawing in the transparencies of the dress and the flow of the hair. The rough background texture contrasts nicely with the figure, and this is a great example of ~Gilbs's traditional talent. (Suggested by ^ArtisticAunJuli and Featured by `stigmatattoo) |
